1. Remove 4 screws and remove the back cover of the transmitter.
2. Unplug the battery for safety. Unplug the twisted wire from the back cover.
3. Solder a small wire across the diode, as indicated.
4. Plug the twisted wire back into the back cover. Plug in the battery. Re-assemble the transmitter.
Do not pinch any wires.
